About Larp AI
Larp AI is one real-time studio for voice and face, built for online creators. Instead of wiring up a voice changer, a soundboard, a VTuber/face app, and a separate AI-voice service, you get them in a single app that routes straight into OBS, Discord, Zoom, and anything else that takes a microphone or camera.
Why we're building it
Creators stitch together a stack of single-purpose tools to sound and look the way they want on stream. Each one is another window, another subscription, another thing to break mid-broadcast. We think that stack should be one well-made app that works in real time — so the energy goes into the content, not the setup.
What we believe
- Local-first. Core voice and camera processing runs on your machine. Cloud AI features (like ElevenLabs text-to-speech) are opt-in and clearly labeled, so you always know when something leaves your device.
- Honest about what works. We mark features that are in beta or still coming so you know exactly what ships today versus what's on the way. We'd rather under-promise.
- Consent matters. Face swap and voice cloning are powerful tools that can be misused. We ask everyone to use them only on faces and voices they own or have permission to use. See our Responsible use commitments.
- Made for creators. Streamers, short-form creators, podcasters, VTubers, and Discord communities are who we build for — and who shape what we build next.
Where we are
Larp AI is in active development. The real-time voice changer, soundboard, camera studio, face swap, face morph, ElevenLabs text-to-speech, and skit maker are working today on Windows; LivePortrait face animation is in beta; live captions (speech-to-text) and additional AI voices are coming soon. A macOS build is in active development. You can see the current, honestly-marked feature set on the home page.
Stay in the loop
The Windows app is available now from the home page, and the waitlist there is the best way to hear about new features and the macOS build. For anything else, see Contact.
